Gary Galles

Gary M. Galles is a Research Fellow at the Independent Institute and a professor of economics at Pepperdine University, where he has taught for more than 30 years. He is also an adjunct scholar at the Ludwig von Mises Institute and has conducted research for the Howard Jarvis Taxpayers Association.
